3D part engineering
Load a STEP/IGES model and the OCCT kernel reads the geometry; every analysis runs in the same workspace, with results in the right-hand panel.
Smart holes & DFM
Holes are grouped by diameter, depth and direction; the L/D ratio is colored by safe/risky/critical thresholds. Blind, through, tapered and countersink classification.
Stock and raw material
Block, round bar, hex bar and profile stock; +/− machining allowance per axis, clamping allowance, gross weight and scrap rate. Casting allowance in cast / forged / molded mode.
Deburring & sharp edges
Convex and concave edge lengths, sharpness angle threshold, estimated time from manual and CNC chamfering speeds.
Center of mass & mass properties
Net volume, surface area, weight, center of mass, moments of inertia and radius of gyration; from material density.
Wall thickness
Thin-wall regions and risk ranking.
Tolerance & surface roughness
Assign Ra and dimensional tolerances to faces; selections are labeled on the 3D model and carried into the quote.
Section view
Position the section plane and save named views per part.
Face angle (draft) analysis
Face angle analysis for 3- and 5-axis; used together with undercut analysis and setup planning.
X-ray and views
Solid, transparent and wireframe; isometric, top, front, right; dimension and axis display.
Turning
Same kernel as milling; a separate toolset for turning.
Turning profile and axis of rotation
Axis-of-rotation detection and turning profile extraction; mill/turn decision support.
Setup analysis (OP10 / OP20)
Chuck side and second setup; diameter steps, bore, groove, facing and stock allowance analyses.

Turning results are sorted into four buckets: manual review, attention, capability required, missing input.
