1. Scope of the service

Kordberg is a software service that helps prepare part analyses and price quotes for CNC machining. The service is provided for the duration of the subscription and within the limits of the selected plan.

2. Limitation of liability

The analysis results, time and cost estimates produced by the application are for information only. Issuing the quote, pricing it and the manufacturability decision rest entirely with the user; the service provider cannot be held liable for consequences arising from these decisions.

3. Account and users

The account owner is responsible for the actions of the users they invite. Access credentials may not be shared with third parties.

4. Fees and cancellation

Fees are charged periodically according to the selected plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period; the service remains available until then.

5. Data ownership

Uploaded models, quotes and shop data belong to the user. The user can export their data; when the account is closed, the data is permanently deleted at the end of the retention period.
